Taekwondo, originating in Korea over 2000 years ago and formally recognized in the mid-20th century, is a martial art emphasizing self-defense, respect, and perseverance. It features head-height kicks and fast techniques, becoming an Olympic sport that promotes physical fitness, flexibility, muscle strength, and cardiovascular health. It fosters focus, coordination, and confidence in children, while also encouraging a sense of community among practitioners. Regular practice leads to better balance, coordination, and an overall healthy lifestyle, In analyzing Taekwondo movements, we find that the feet are used approximately 70% to 80% of the time, as most techniques rely on kicks. On the other hand, hands are used in 20% to 30% of the movements, reflecting the significant emphasis on foot techniques in this martial art
